The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Sciences program at the University of Idaho is a unique option for getting training in IO psychology. In particular, you’ll learn how to be an effective leader, and, perhaps more importantly, how to help others become effective leaders, too.

The curriculum for this program is divided into numerous categories of coursework. First on your to-do list is the general education coursework that’s required of all undergraduate students. At the University of Idaho, this means taking classes in the following broad fields:
