Aides, assistants and technicians employed by psychiatrists and industries have different responsibilities. For an example, psychiatrist aides may work under the supervision of a psychiatrist assistance. The aide may be required to assist patients with hygiene and to monitor the patients. The assistant works with the licensed psychiatrist to help patients with rehabilitation and different programs for mental illness and abuse. Psychiatrist technicians or the aides are also responsible for administering oral and injectable medications.
